29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Expert Commercial Roofing LLC. On or about May 11, 2022, at the address of 7725 Race Rd. North Ridgeville, OH 44035: The employer did not ensure that employees had been trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as but not limited to the use of personal fall arrest systems or alternative measures while performing roofing operations from elevated surfaces greater than six feet from the level below.
