29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): The design and use of all traffic devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part 6 of the MUTCD (incorporated by reference, see 1926.6): a) Todd's Lane (East) & Edgemoor Road, Wilmington Delaware 19802: On or about May 5, 2022, employee was exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck-by and caught-in hazards when that employee performed flagging operations without equipment. The employer failed to ensure that the employee was provided proper equipment before being placed in the active roadway as stated in the MUTCD Section 6E .07.
