29 CFR 1910.165(e): Manually operated actuation devices for use in conjunction with employee alarms were not unobstructed, conspicuous and readily accessible: (a) 5204 Hannas Rest Frederiksted, VI 00840 - Supermarket Area Emergency Exit Door (East), the manual fire alarm pull station was covered and blocked with bread warmer equipment, exposing occupants and employees to fire hazard. Note: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was corrected while the compliance officer was onsite.
