29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) In the Lamination Facility located at 113 Milledgeville Road, Eatonton, GA: On or about April 20, 2022, where an employee was observed operating an powered industrial truck on site with leaking fluid and a non-operational seat belt to secure employees, the employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until repairs could be made.
