29 CFR 1910.155(c)(27):"Inspection" including visual checks of fire protection systems and equipment were not conducted to ensure that the system is in place, charged, and ready for use in the event of a fire. On or about July 28, 2022 the employer did not visually check the fire protection systems and equipment in the paint booth to ensure that it was ready to use in the event of a fire.
