29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent slip/trip, struck-by, fire, and electrical hazards as demonstrated on or about March 29, 2022 at 3201 South Cobb Dr SE Smyrna, GA, in the receiving/storage room, boxes and loose merchandise were stored in front of the electrical panels, blocking access to the panels. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that the area in front of electrical panels is kept clear of merchandise, cardboard boxes, U-boats, plastic bins, and other items.
