Designs of support systems, shield systems, and other protective systems shall be selected and constructed by the employer or his designee and shall be in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (c)(1); or, in the alternative, paragraph (c)(2); or, in the alternative, paragraph (c)(3); or, i the alternative, paragraph (c)(4) as follows: a) Jobsite: 1742 Market St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about 3/16/2022, the employer did not ensure employees working in front of an approximately 7 foot deep excavated wall were protected from collapses with the use of a protective system designed and constructed with requirements (c)(1-4); as applicable.
