29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about March 03, 2022, and at times prior thereto, in the receiving room, employees' access to fire extinguishers was restricted. Family Dollar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560200, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 929 Easton Rd. Abington, PA 19001. Family Dollar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398022, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 1274 Westchester Avenue Bronx, NY 10459.
