29 CFR 1915.87(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that a first aid provider was able to reach an injured/ill employee within five (5) minutes of a report of a serious injury, illness, or accident such as one involving cardiac arrest, acute breathing problems, uncontrolled bleeding, suffocation, electrocution, or amputation. a) On or about February 24, 2022, aboard the Pride Wisconsin, first aid personnel were not able to reach employees working on a jack-up oil rig within 5 minutes.
