29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck(s): On or about April 21, 2022, employees working at the North Circle of the Cleaning Department in Building 56 of the Wire Mill were exposed to struck-by hazards because the the front end attachment used on the Hyster forklift to transport coils of steel wire exceeded the maximum capacity of the attachment.
