29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Darley Green, Bldg. 20-23, 3rd Floor: On or about February 17, 2022, the employer did not provide any type of fire protection program to ensure that proper fire protection was addressed and the employees knew what to do in the event of a fire.
