29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. This violation was observed on or about February 16, 2022, when portable fire extinguishers were missing: a) In the warehouse, next to the entrance to the office. b) Hallway from warehouse to the office. c) In the warehouse, at the exit door next to the dock door #1. d) In the warehouse, at the exit door #3, next to the dock door #4.
