COMPANY-WIDE: On or about February 22, 2022, the employer had not included in their written hazard Communication Program a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace. Hazardous chemicals to which employees were exposed included, but were not limited to: lead, antimony, iron, copper, and other metals present in ammunition.
