29 CFR 1926.1051(a): A stairway or ladder shall be provided at all personnel points of access where there is a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist is provided. a-222 E Crescent Ave, Mahwah NJ 07430: Employees engaged in roofing were using a RGC Pro 200 material hoist as a means of egress from the roof against the manufactures stated Warnings of "Do Not Climb" exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the asphalt below (Photo #8080). Condition observed on or about 02/12/2022
