29 CFR 1910.119(e)(1): The process hazard analysis did not identify, evaluate, and address the control of the hazards involved in the process: At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550 Road, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working with energetic materials at a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility. The employer failed to perform a process hazard analysis for the covered processes at the facility.
