29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with using ladders during residential construction work. This was most recently documented on February 1, 2022 at 16930 Nebraska Ave., Omaha Nebraska. The top level of a 8-foot stepladder was used by employees to egress from the upper landing surface of the residential structure. Beltran Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556193, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8424 Sheridan Street, Omaha Nebraska 68112.
