29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or a combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a) On or about January 25, 2022, on the west side of a building undergoing construction, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when applying coloring to a stucco wall from a scaffold without interior cross bracing.
