29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(H):Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the safety systems: a) Plant, Debone Area; on or about January 19, 2022 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to anhydrous ammonia hazards, in that the employer did not document Process Safety Information pertaining to the equipment safety systems such as, but not limited to, ammonia system emergency stop devices and, operational safeties for compressors DSCH3 and DSCH4 including, switches, sensors, detectors, alarms, and related components.
