29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Ranchero GE Ozona Windfarm, Ozona, TX. 76932: On or about January 17, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers performing wind turbine repair were exposed to fall hazards while entering into a suspended aerial lift basket without the use and wear of a personal fall arrest system.
