29 CFR 1910.184(i)(1): Synthetic web sling(s) were not marked or coded to show rated capacities for each type of hitch and type of synthetic web material: PPI Area, near Machine #3011: On, or about, January 10, 2022, a piece of knotted shipping strap was used to lift parts into the CNC machines. The strap was not provided with an identification tag to indicate that it has been approved for lifting.
