29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: (a) On January 7, 2022, while in the process of installing precast chimney caps on a residential property located at 1842 S Ogden St. Denver, CO 80210, two employees working from tubular steel framed scaffolding that measure approximately four buck-high or approximately 28 feet from the working surface to the ground below were not protected from fall hazard(s), in that a guardrail system(s) was not installed on all open sides and ends of the platform.
