29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1):Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. On or about January 07, 2022, on the east side of the project site, an employee was observed utilizing a grinder with cut-off wheel without a guard.
