29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: a. Air Craft Wheels, LLC located at 1158 Center Rd, Avon Ohio: On or about December 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure an effective hearing conservation program was developed and implemented which included audiometric testing, evaluation of employee noise exposures, and employee training. Employees working in the shakeout and finishing departments were exposed to levels of high noise above 85 dBA.
