29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by subparagraphs (A) through (E) of this paragraph: (a) Outside, East Side of Building at the Dust Collection System: On or about December 10, 2021, a flexible cord and plug extension cord was being used in lieu of permanent wiring for wiring of the condensation drain line heater from the dust collection system's bag house operations. (b) Throughout the Establishment: On or about December 10, 2021, flexible cord and plug extension cords were being used in lieu of permanent wiring for the wiring of equipment such as, but not limited to, floor fans and other equipment throughout the facility.
