29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors were not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: a) At the trim block conveyor waste belt pulley number 2, located at 1603 Drayton Rd, Cordele, GA 31015, on November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and nip point hazards, in that employees were not protected from an exposed, and unguarded conveyor belt pulley.
