29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering. a. 1 Silverline Dr., North Brunswick, NJ - Outside shipping docks The employer did not ensure that propane fuel containers were stored in a suitable enclosure to prevent tampering. Employees who operated propane fueled powered industrial trucks, which included, but was not limited to, Komatsu, Model FG25ST-12 forklifts, stored propane bottles on the ground outside of the building which did not enclose the bottles or protect from tipping, tampering, or being struck. Violation observed on or about November 19, 2021
