29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a. At Elberta Crate & Box Co., located at 606 Dothan Highway, Bainbridge, GA. 39818, on or about November 18, 2021, the employer exposed employees to corrosive hazards while using materials such as Kimball-Midwest Fast Dry Multipurpose Solvent in that suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area.
