29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4):Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: a) 700 New Castle Ave Wilmington, DE 19801 (At portable fuel tank): On or about November 16, 2022, the employer did not provide a working/usable fire extinguisher at the site where employees were required to use flammable fuels to perform their required daily duties. Upon inspection the fire extinguisher was depleted and provided no fire fighting capability.
