29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3) The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings. a. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, in the Packing Room, the stairs to the Hagen 1 inspection platform required employees to step on a shaker leg to access the stairs, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 3 feet. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
