29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. a) Office Driveway; 411 First Ave., Columbus, GA 31901 - On or about 10/15/2021, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately nine (9) feet, in that employees were not required to attend training on the use of a 10-foot Werner fiberglass ladder while performing landscaping functions.
