29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): Employer's written Hazard Communication Program did not address methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks: OUTSIDE HIGH BAY DOORS, VISITOR'S PARKING LOT: On or about October 12, 2021, the employer instructed employees to conduct lead cleaning outdoors instead of inside where exhaust ventilation was available. The employer did not provide training regarding additional hazards associated with the change in venue for the task.
