29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Plant-Wide: Employees are required to conduct lockout and tagout of machines and equipment, including, but not limited to, metering pump, bean snipper, transfer conveyor, Kaider air compressor, incline conveyor, vibratory shaker, ishida scale, illapak bagging machine, zucchini spiralizer, urshell CC shredder, and washline chiller, prior to conducting servicing and maintenance. The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually, to ensure that requirements were being followed by affected employees, on or about 10/7/21.
