29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(4): The employer did not designate a competent person to make frequent and regular inspections of job sites, materials, and equipment to implement the written exposure control plan: a) Walter Apartments 4 Executive Drive Marlton, NJ 08053: The employer did not designate a competent person who was qualified to conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure that safety measures were in place to protect employees against exposure to silica, on or about 9/29/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
