29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1):Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered. a. 4-24 Sellers St. Kearny, NJ Employee (s) utilized an Abco Little Giant Lifter clamp connected to a forklift boom attachment to move quartz slabs weighting approximately 1,400 pounds. Employees used the clamp to lift multiple slabs at once, creating an unstable load and thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Violation occurred on or about 09/25/2021
