29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: Employees engaged in administrative and cleaning activities were exposed to Bromethalin and Hydrotreated Light Naphthenic Distillates Petroleum which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace.
