29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. (a) At the construction site on Edgewater Drive in Midway, GA - On September 13, 2021, the employer did not ensure operators wore seatbelts while operating excavators, thereby exposing employees to struck-by, caught-in hazards.
