29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Lot 79 Ocean Meadows Subdivision Lewes, DE 19958 - On or about September 10, 2021; the employer did not develop and maintain, on site where employees worked with flammable materials including but not limited to gasoline, wood, paper and ignition sources were present including but not limited to heat and spark producing equipment, compromised electrical components provide any type of fire protection program to ensure that proper fire protection was addressed and the employees knew what to do in the event of a fire.
