29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used: Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. a) Alpha Industrial Waste Services Corporation located at 745 North 3rd Street, Cambridge, OH 43725: On and preceding August 31, 2021, a flexible cord used to run power to an employee break area was plugged into a ceiling outlet in an electrical room with a locking door and run through the exterior wall of the room, along the main building and used to supply power to the break room.
