29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Unauthorized personnel shall not be permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride shall be provided where riding of trucks is authorized. a. At Epting Distributors Inc., located at 112 Central Junction Blvd, Savannah, GA. 31405, on or about August 31, 2021, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards and fall hazards because the employer allowed employees to be lifted to heights of 6feet and greater on a wooden pallet.
