29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Lubrodal line, finishing mezzanine - On or about July 26, 2021, employees required to perform ammonia dosing were not provided with suitable facilities for drenching or flushing the eyes and body. Employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Tanner Industries, Inc. Ammonia Hydroxide.
