29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): 391 St. Jude Industrial Park, Marston, MO 63866, Section 136: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are exposed to rotating belts of a pulley. On and about 07/15/2021 there was a large gap in the belt guard of the transmission apparatus dust collection system. Employees were exposed to the unguarded rotating belts of the pulley.
