29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a) Miller Family Construction, LLC, located at site location 1005 Somerset Drive, Perrysburg, Ohio, on or about July 2, 2021: The employer did not ensure a platform attachment was securely attached to the forks of the G6 Tele handler to lift. Employees performing framing activities from the platform in this condition were exposed to a falls of approximately 23 feet.
