29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with the inadequate training program. This was most recently documented on or about June 29, 2021 at Farmac Industries, Inc. jobsite located at 2590 CR L, Ashland Kansas, where the employer has inadequately trained employees perform steel erection activities on a new flake room while exposed to fall hazards related to the lack of fall protection. Instances of employee inadequate training include but are not limited to : A) Employees were not trained on identifying fall hazards. B) Employees could not identify at what height fall protection was going to be needed. C) Employees could not identify fall protective systems that could be used to prevent falls from heights.
