29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Tube Bending Area, Scotchman Circular Saw Asset ID 1087; on or about June 16, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed operators to electrical hazards, in that the damaged strain relief device in the power cable for the emergency push button was not repaired to prevent electric shock or the deactivation of the emergency push button.
