29 CFR 1910.180(d)(1): Prior to initial use all new and altered cranes were not inspected to insure compliance with provisions of this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about June 8, 2021, at Gator Industries, LLC located at 300 North Black Cat Road, Joplin, Missouri. The employer did not have the Lorain MCH 250D mobile crane inspected prior to initial use.
