29 CFR 1926.600(a)(1):All equipment left unattended at night, adjacent to a highway in normal use, or adjacent to construction areas where work is in progress, shall have appropriate lights or reflectors, or barricades equipped with appropriate lights or reflectors, to identify the location of the equipment. a) Location-ODOT Project 200265, State Route 73, and westbound approach to Jacksonburg Roundabout, Hamilton, OH 45011: On or about June 7, 2021, a John Deer 317 Skid Steer was operating on a two-lane highway without adequate lights, reflectors, or barricades equipped with lights or reflectors to warn road users of the location of the equipment.
