29 CFR 1926.960(g)(4):Flame-resistant clothing. The employer did not ensure that the outer layer of clothing worn by an employee, except for clothing not required to be arc rated under paragraphs (g)(5)(i) through (g)(5)(v) of this section, was flame resistant under any of the conditions specified under paragraphs g(4)(i) through g(4)(iii) of this section:. (a) Site, 1Reinhardt College Parkway/100 Riverstone Terrace, Canton, GA 30114; On or about May 25, 2021 employees were exposed to burn hazards in that the employer did not ensure that flame resistant clothing was in use while in proximity of work performed on energized parts.
