29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. a) Agners Framing Construction LLC., at a jobsite located at 161 Crimson Drive, Lot 13478, Newark, Ohio 43055: On and/or preceding May 18, 2021, the employer failed to ensure employees did not use the top or top step of stepladders. Employees used the top and top step of a stepladder, thereby exposed to a 6 foot fall hazard.
