29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: 5050 Kemper Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to operate forklifts without performing required daily safety examinations to identify any defects which pose safety hazards. On 5/13/2021 an employee operated a forklift which did not undergo required safety examination to identify defects such as, but not limited to, non-functioning hazard warning light thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
