29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii):Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means fully lowered. On or about May 8, 2021, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when they lifted a chemical tote with a forklift and dismounted the forklift with the load engaging means still raised.
